be able to p-shift whenever I want to, without passing out

ive been wolf for 3 years and can easily shift
but it will always be hard to control.
and being a wolf is never and will never be easy for any of us

this is not somthing you can learn over night this is somthing that takes months or somtimes year to prefect.

its not exactly quick… it takes about 5 mins to shift into and 5 mins to shift out… be careful for hunterz!!!!

But, until we actually become ones, we have to practice long and hard in order to gain control over the shift.

obviously i cant shift right in the middle of the town centre, but when i learn how to, i want to be able to p-shift well, like, without blacking out, throwing up, etc. Kind of like quickly, and change back quickly
