I have a bunch of veggies in the fridge and that is what I’m going to eat all week.
All year (2009) I’ve been doing better than ever at eating more veggies; and especially within the last few months. Believe it or not, you can be a vegan and yet NOT eat any vegetables. There’s bean burritos, soy lattes, hummus, Indian food, Thai food…all good, but you gotta have veggies. (and not just incidentally here and there, scattered in curry or in a pad Thai.)
Veggies are a major key to longevity! That, and look both ways before crossing the street. I’m not kidding! 3 years ago
