fix my asset allocations for 2007

A bit needs to be done here, but it’s a bit tricky and also good that the stock market is down. Steps I will take in August include trading in my I-bonds and some money market funds, which were a great idea when I didn’t know anything about investing, for some mid-cap and small-cap funds or ETFs. What’s left, I may allocate to international stocks, while they’re down.
