Create a new budget and stick to it throughout 2008

It’s been hard and I’ve fallen only twice but really we’ve had no choice but to stick to the budget. I haven’t saved any money since three months ago but I’m happy that we didn’t go overboard with the spending this year.

doing well at this. Well…I have no choice which certainly helps. No money saved but not enough income at the moment to save. It’s just really nice to know I can do it. I can live frugally if need be. I can live happily without spending..not joyously but happily enough at least :-)

for those months where there are five weeks between pay periods rather than four. This month just happens to be one of them. No wonder it has been so hard! But we’ve made it…just made it by probably $2!!!!

so good!!! We are being really really good sticking to our tight tight budget. I hope this can continue throughout the year.
