    I use to lift weights exclusivly. I added Yoga and Swimming to my regime. It was good, it was hard I feel better.
    My weightlifting got better.

    I’ve been pretty good with exercising 5-6 days a week since October, but I need to explore doing stuff other than elliptical/stairclimber/treadmill, like circuit training or spinning classes.
