Asleep by 1:00 to 1:30…awake by 10:00 a.m. at the latest! Now just trying to wean off my valium and other sleep meds! But that is a new goal. I have succeeded! Not drinking alcohol late at night has been a big part of it I think! YEY!

I have been doing much better! Usually asleep by 1:00 or so. Now I just need to be able to wake up at a decent hour. I think that working out later at night (somewhere between 8:30 and 10) has helped me to be able to get to sleep at a reasonable hour!

Now that I have a job, it’s getting easier to get up at the same time every morning. I just need to work on getting to sleep at a decent hour every night.
