Recently, every other day, I lift weights(10 lbs. each hand), do home exercises, and I try to do cardio.

Yoga once a week is not enough! I need to make a commitment and stick to it.
Walked around this beautiful town. Enjoyed the view of the beach near the ferry terminal. Listened to i-pod: Celine Dion, Corinne Bailey Rae, John Legend, etc. This walk was for pleasure, not the destructive old behaviors. I could actually smile genuinely and say hello to strangers too. It’s like I can breathe again.
i was doing this for a while… and now i’ve started it up again, and it feels so good :D i love life
I did this for about a week and then I quit and I’ve been having knee and neck trouble…that’s a real problem. I don’t want to hurt myself worse. The constant influx of family also makes this goal difficult. I want to try though.
