buy a new home

As I look at everything I want to do this is the most important as I think it will help me meet all my others goals as in help my children, provide a better learning environment and give them better models for themselves.

At last – 2 years and many dissapointments later – we’ve signed the contract on a place we love…

WHAT A YEAR THIS IS!!!

I would like to buy a larger house within the next 3 years.

... better than what we have, but not good enough to justify the move…

this is becoming urgent.

Saw something great the other day – great, that is, exept for the CRAZY price the’re asking…

and still not clear where we stand…

enough to drive a person crazy!

First, we loved the place – and even agreed a price;

Then, the lawyer found a legal problem with the place;

Now we’re trying to find some compromise/solution.

Real roller coaster…

not far from the previous one – the price is higher – but it doesn’t need any renovation.

Not having to renovate means less expenses moving in, a quicker move, less overlap (holding 2 houses), and much less headache!

We’ll see…

... TO DO: think of ways to get the ball rolling….

- trying to find a decent and honest broker.

No offence – but might the decent honest real estate agent be an oxymoron?
