"always inspired by the story of the secret garden and 'please sir can I have some earth' got my little patch of earth 2 years ago and am learning all the time about it"
How I did it: look out the big window of my life everyday and look to see what needs doing, sewing seeds, planting bulbs pruning roses, nuturing passion flowers, chucking slugs into the next field, collecting slugs and snails and liberating them to a forest nearby....nuturing hollyhocks, poppies, cup and saucer vines and morning glory...keeping going even when the weather was wet
Lessons & tips: don't try and do too much the first year you have a garden, you will learn overtime what wants to grow where
