Pray every day and in time

I’m a muslim and it’s a muslim’s duty to pray three times a day ,but I’m too lazy and sometimes forgetful to make prayers , so from now on I will start praying in time and every day.
I sometimes am very sad i hope God helps me in this and everything !!!
