file our 2007 taxes

We weren’t getting a refund (on the contrary), so there was no motivation to do this early. Got it done yesterday.

This morning we got the dreaded message from TurboTax: Your return has been rejected by the feds. Yikes! But I just returned to the website, discovered that the problem was that a family member’s SSN number was wrong on the document we had referred to, fixed it on the return, & filed once more.

No biggie. Sigh of relief.

e-filing both federal and state. Turbotax makes it a breeze! My mind is finally at ease. Because hubby had extra withholding taken from his checks this year, we will be getting a refund. This is my first refund in over 5 years!

to our CPA. She was working in it this weeked. We should file by the October 15th extention deadline. Thank God…What a relief.

We are getting back a small refund….so we’ve been slack. Furthermore, taxes have been such a hassle since the hubby started his own business in 2001. But any money in is good money…so we need to get it done!
