Okay, well, I did 300 crunches and such things yesterday. plan on doing 300 today right now before bed. and hopefully i’ll do 400 tomorrow. that’s my big plan. i have decided i don’t really need to lose a ton of weight i just need to tone up. so, that should tone them up, no?

i started a new fitness regime. i’m self-training six days a week on top of yoga three to four times a week… hopefully, i’ll move closer and closer to this goal. woohoo! i can only imagine how great it will be.

i’m going to work more consciously towards this. I’m tired of being self conscious of my tummy. It’s not that bad, but I’d like it to be better. It would make me happy. So that’s that.

it’s so hard to hold your core all the time, but it does eventually give you a nice posture and makes your abs look great.

It’d be nice to have some tone in my abs for once in my life.
I’ve been looking out through websites, and I was like where’s the exercises tips. Because I get to freak out about my beer stomach, not really lol. But I want a nice abs on my stomach. And i’ve been doing 500 crunches as daily. :)
not sure if this is possible anymore after having a baby…but it would be great if it happened!
to regain much needed muscle. I have added weights to the regimen. Lower overall body fat will lead me to tighter abs!
