May I suggest using Pella windows? I’ve installed some Pella windows in my house. They look good and insulate much better than the older units that were in.

The house is definately warmer, I notice it on rainy days, There is less trouble with condensation. I put in non opening windows, They look much nicer, and they were a little cheaper, which is always a bonus,The cost for 6 winows, and a sliding door was around $5,000
