Well, now that I have a job, this is definitely not going to happen.
I still waste my money on unnecessary things, but I think the $100 I’m saving out of my paycheck each month in the bank makes up for it. :P I give up.

making some progress on this, i have since moved back in with the parents and started to rebuild myself physically, emotionally and especially financially…i give this 6 months and i’ll be on track…
I’m getting better. Moving a lot in the last year helped. I really don’t want to own much anymore. Still, there are a few things that get me going. Thankfully, I don’t have much money to spend.
I found a way to not waste my money-lend it to other people so I don’t spend it. :) My dad owes me $50 and my brother, by the end of tonight, will probably owe me $60.
I’ll be fine just as long as I have enough money for a couple shows I want to go to this week/next week.
Like when I go to the gas station to buy a drink, in the morning before work, and I do it every morning because I am a creature of habit, I am human. Not necessarily because I am thirsty every time I do it.
So what if I just didn’t do it anymore? What then?
alishaQ is reading the books...yeahh!!
go shopping, see something nice a store, buy it, take it home and never wear it ever. this has got to stop! i’m throwing away all my money!
I love that crap, actually. I love my new jeans, my new pair of shoes, my dresses, everything… but I won’t love them anymore by the end of the month when I have to pay my credit card. FuC#”$%...
is how much I saved over the four weeks from not buying crappy magazines.
I’ll never buy a crappy magazine again!!
Thanks to Firefalcon’s cheer, I was reminded about this goal.
This week I was tempted to buy a copy of Heat Magazine. So just now I went to my purse and took £1.55 out, which I then dropped into my money box that I use to save my small change (which amounted to £2.83 before that). I may yet separate the two amounts, as I want to know how much money I’ve saved by doing this, in a month’s time.
