when I first put this goal down 1 month ago

I was having a real struggle with anorexia
I can safely say I have beaten that issue :D

I was kind afraid to admit that, or say , write that for awhile
as if, if I did it would, somehow, backfire and cause me to stop eating again… but to many things have happened in the last few weeks to show me that that just isn’t so.
normally when I have major problem and stress, food is the first thing to go… I stop eating. But these last few weeks have been filled with stress and I haven’t even thought of “shutting down”

as for the exercise and sleep part of the goal
I use to over exercise (run hour a day)... part of anorexia
but I have a problem with the ligament in my foot has kept me from running at all… I can barely walk at times
so i need to work on this now

and my sleep I always have to watch with my job

so this is now an active goal… in a very different way

So tired 7 months ago

I slept for two hours this afternoon. Must keep an eye on my diet and as usual increase my exercise.

Things have been manic around here and I have to get myself together again and back on those tracks – maybe they are a bit of a wonky track…but hey…they are a well meaning track….

Oh Fi if only it was all as simple as you clearly think, then maybe the human race would be on the track to happiness and love. xx

I am invited to 2 birthday parties today! I already had key lime pie for a late lunch. And I’ll be having cake for a late dinner.

I know it’s heart-healthy to have friends, so as long as I don’t do this every day, I’m still taking care of myself.

At least I slept well last night and walked today.

How's this going? 8 months ago

Sleep?
Getting a good night’s sleep seems to be impossible for me at times. I’ve noticed that when i am not at work, i tend to feel better as I can always catch up by cat napping in the afternoon. After a week back at work i am starting to feel low in energy again. Every night my sleep is broken probably four or five times minimum. I hear every noise and sense every movement. Sometimes I feel like a murderous beast when I wake yet again and realise it is only an hour since I last looked at the clock and groaned. I am therefore going to set myself the task of getting out of bed at 6am on workdays and getting to bed by 10ish. Not sure if there is anything else that might help apart from binding and gagging the others in the house then they cannot move or make noises in the night! :)

Eat right?
More fruit. More water. Less carbs. Nolonger drinking so much coffee!

Exercise?
This needs serious work! Back to the do something everyday. It’s so hard fitting everything in though. Even if I get up at 6am there is the meditation and the getting ready and the breakfasting and all! Then when I come home at night….STOP MAKING EXCUSES….the best time is when I get home prior to relaxing or eating or whatever. If i leave work on time everyday then I will have time to do something for at least 30 mins. Tuesdays are going to be a bit harder – so maybe on a Tuesday try exercising in the morning?

Tomorrow I am off my butt and into the gym, get rid of coffee and biscuits and chocolate! That’s it, it all stops and starts here!

have to make time for it even though it’s tempting not to go. I am trying to persuade G to come with me and sit in the sauna for a bit. He might feel better if he does.

Multi-vitamins are now bought and being taken.

I got ten hours sleep or more last night so why do I still feel tired?

My body is starting to tell me that it is full or getting near to fullness. Last night I had to eat the meal G cooked for me out of niceness but I could have left some of it(should have). I really didn’t need that meal as I did not feel hungry at all by the time I got home.
