I might be pushing it saying I have completed this task but I’ve certainly improved beyond what I thought I could achieve. I may have left it up another week or so had I not set the challenge which is about to run out. I’ve stopped staying awake half the night and actually see the morning, although not as much as I would like to.
I guess this would become obsolete in a few weeks when I start uni anyway and won’t be able to stay inside for weeks at a time.

The past three mornings I’ve got up early because I have to, but it’s meant I’ve been going to bed earlier as well. If I keep it up until the end of the challenge I shall move on to version two of the goal. Maintain Sleep Pattern.

Got a bit of a shock when I glanced at my challenge to see I have eight days to complete this goal in. I’ve not been going so well recently and it’s a result of sheer laziness on my own behalf. If commit to achieveing this by the end of the month I shall then make a goal to “continue my regular sleep pattern”.

Due to my high anxiety and panic disorder sleep has been a battle for me. I think the lack of planning and time to sleep has a lot to do with my uneasiness throughout my day and night. I should really start this soon!

Back on track

This got a bit diffucult over the past few days due to new year and the need to go to outpatients twice but I feel as though I’m back on track now. Despite getting very little sleep I’m waking up feeling refreshed.

After lying in bed for the last two nights unable to drop off easily I gave up at 4am and decided the best idea was not to sleep which would result in most of the day in bed, so I found some work and got on with it. Early night tonight and I should be up bright and cheery in the morning.

I tried, but I live too far from work and trains are always late so I never arrive at home before 9 pm and do not have time to do everything before it’s past midnight. I’ll be able to achieve this goal when i’ll have my own appartment near where i live…
