Exercise, fast food snacks are the keys. 18 months ago

I am running 30 minutes a day, I have cut almost all fast food out, and keep almost no snacks in my home. I am down 6 pounds, but 3 fat-pounds, and I don’t suspect they’ll come back, as long as I maintain my new lifestyle. Hopefully, by December 31st, I’ll have lost all 12, and can continue to loose them until I’m at my goal weight of 155-170.

I have decided to lose 12 pounds at a time, until I have reached my 25 pounds mark. I am excited, because out of those 12 lbs I only need to lose 10 lbs… I am on fire!!!

The goals is to loose a pound a month. This way it is a slow drop in weight, maybe even semi-subconscious. I hope to mostly achieve this by tricking myself with smaller portions and more exercise (the goal of a 30 minute walk a day). Sure, I want to be about 30 or 40 pounds lighter, and that’s the weight I want to maintain, but I don’t want to struggle to do it, because I am trying to change my lifestyle, not just my weight.
