talk to my grandma more often

I don’t want to finish this goal off yet, even though I have accomplished what I set off to do.

I like talking to my Gma so much though that I don’t want to take this off my list.

And I kind of feel like she is the reason I got through all my wedding-related drama..

Calling my Gma every Sunday is becoming a bit of a routine with me, and I look forward to our chats every week.

I had a bit of wedding-related drama unleashed on me this last Saturday, and I ended up venting to my Gma for like 45 minutes Sunday, plus about 45 minutes of nonventing.

Rather than send her payment, I will now send her a thank you/thinking of you card.

I miss my Gma and wish she would move back to IL, even though I understand that she needs to be in AZ for her own reasons.

My grandma is a cute old lady. But she has a bad habit of nagging at her grandchildren, which makes us want to avoid any kind of contact with her. We know she cares about us, and we really love her. So I have to find some way to overcome her negative impact and talk with her with love in my heart more often. Not just try to escape from her or say no to her.

I still feel, however, that it is not enough.

I can either kidnap her and bring her back to IL with me, or commit myself to calling her once every two weeks.

Goals are easier to achieve when I quantify them somehow. I’ll consider this to be done when I’ve successfully called (voicemails do not count! nor do emails!) her once every two weeks for two months.
