take my dog for a walk more often

My dog is so sweet and he loves walks and I am going to try very hard to take him for more walks,even if the weather is less than perfect.

Now I’ve decided to take up running, the dog should easily get his regular exercise. We both enjoy it, and it’s good for us. What more can I say?

The poor dog doesn’t know what hit him!

This goes with my other goals of losing weight – the increased exercise should help us both shed a couple of extra pounds.

I’ve really enjoyed getting into the fresh air, and I’m going to aim to take the dog out at least three times a week.
