the smallest things set me off. I know this…. I just need to calm down.
How to stop yelling
It made me
relaxed and aware 
"Inner strength leads to more confidence, less yelling"
How I did it: With focusing on my own particular challenges in life head on, really ... fear yes but still doing it ... allowed me to calm down and feel strong inside. I believe my presence now is a good, solid substitute for yelling: what I mean is I can get the message across to people by staying calm and visibly confident.
Lessons & tips:
- Understand truly what yelling means;
- Understand what it does to those around you, in particular kids; and
- Look people in the eye and see them.

Paid to fund for Conrad, who did a crap job on his homework and just doesn’t seem to care. Yet the truth is, I am not motivating enough through encouragement and proper supervision. So, stop yelling and keep positive baldclub!
