stop popping my knuckles

I wake up in the morning needing to crack all of my fingers but this morning I only needed to crack the ones on my left hand. I crack my fingers ‘cause it makes my hand feel looser but this morning my right hand is already feeling loose :D

_{Must be that knuckle-rolling thing, shame I can’t do it with my left hand :P}

Knuckle Rolling really takes your mind off of popping you knuckles :)

I pop all my knuckles about 20 times a day. I have been working on it, and I am down to about 10 times daily.

I can’t stop and now I’ve actually messed up my neck cause it started with my knuckles then moved to my neck then shoulders, wrists,toes,ankle,knees,inner thigh bones,spine! I want to do this but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to stop!

i stopped! not completely. once in awhile ill do it. but i no longer have the urges

For some reason I still crack my thumbs, but that’s it.

I’ll be honest I’m doing horribly at this goal. But now every time I pop my knuckles I think about how I want to stop, a start I guess. I’ve come to realize that I pop my knuckles around 8-14 times a day. Not cool. I just need to have dicipline. I totally popped my knuckles while I was writing this without even thinking.

Maybe a couple more weeks and I’ll call this done :)

I’ve told so many things about it being bad and not bad, that I don’t even know. But I think it would be a good thing to stop doing.

i think its time to stop because my joints are starting to hurt in my fingers. haha. thats not good
