own 65 or fewer books

I haven’t updated the list, but I’m down to 93 (counting three that I’ve definitely bequeathed to friends, but not counting my leatherbound hardcover music texts from my parents, nor my foreign-language reference books). The last 25 are going to be hard.

I’ve written a list on ListofBests that logs all the books that I currently own and want to keep, and keeps track of which ones I’ve read. As I finish reading them, I’ll be able to better tell which ones I’m going to want to keep and read again, and which would be better passed along to a friend or a used bookstore.
