be on stage

The fluorescent and warm embrace leaves me in pure bliss. The perspiration of utter eden under the lights never faulters in fulfilling me.

Singing in pubs, in my school hall, with my band, acting, speaking, it’s where i live, and no matter how much I devour it’s essence I can never get enough, this is more of a life goal which encompasses who i am. I physically can’t do anything with my life that doesn’t involve a stage… yes it’s self-induldgent, self-absorbed, and attention-seeking, but I am never happier than when I’m performing.

This is what I want to coat my life with, not a finish line I wish to reach. Hehe, that’s me in the photo on the right :P

I want to be on stage because my 3 things in life that I love are Singing, Dancing and Acting. I would love to be able to use these talents and loved activities as a career! All my life I have been on stage and I never want to stop!!!

It’s a punk DIY marching band… and while we normally don’t perform on stage, we perform nonetheless…

Trust me.

I recited a poem to one of my co-workers. It all came back; I was pleasantly surprised.

I was also pleasantly surprised by her reaction, “You should do spoken-word.”

I should get on this.

I did this Last Summer, Me && My cousins && couple Mates Were on stage Doin some Hip Hop dance to Take It To The Floor on holiday. It was Pretty Cool, I’d Love to do it again.

Note to self… should really try this out, just once this summer at least, on a whim.

Dig out the old poetry and stand up there and feel the wave rushing under my board.

I’ve been on stage for poetry performance, but I want to try acting. Maybe once I start taking some course work in the fall, I can be in a student production.
