I’ve done it before about 2 years back. I did it on a high jump mat so the fear wasn’t there. I want to do it again now on grass but frankly scared to do so.. Ahh i need spotters

I can just barely do a handstand. This goal seems nearly impossible for me, but my back is really flexible and I think I might be able to manage it.

just make sure if you want to try one that you are not being pressured into it, because that will possibly cause an accident… also only do them if your body is up to it… dont try one if you are exhausted or have a broken leg or something… ;)

And this I can do! I need to do back bends every day, then start getting spotted for back flips. I recommend doing a back walk over first (which I can’t quite do yet.) Then find two people you trust to spot you to jump backwards and not land on your head.
