How I did it: I've been a gymnast all of my life and I remember doing my first back flip on a tramp. My coach grabbed my arm and said we're going to do a flip. And to jump and on three bring my knees up. I was 9 at the time. And we did it. And ever since, I've been doing back flips. And now I teach them. It's a good party trick. ;) Read how I did it…

Peregrine_Slinger is in love but insane
Over the summer I managed a kip up. More at 11.
GreyLizard is trying to hold the scream inside until on top of the mountain.
I did gymnastics as a kid but i didn’t stick at it long enough to learn how to do one… and I really want to !!
goldengirl11 is doing life.
so i just found out my spine is fractured. think ill have to put this one on hold
I’ve done it before about 2 years back. I did it on a high jump mat so the fear wasn’t there. I want to do it again now on grass but frankly scared to do so.. Ahh i need spotters
Tranquilled is procrastinating
I can just barely do a handstand. This goal seems nearly impossible for me, but my back is really flexible and I think I might be able to manage it.

“What's the best way to start, when learning a backflip, eventually i wanna wall flip and do a gainer?”
