It’s like something that I really want to say I’ve done once in my life a bit like wanting to have tried growing a moustache, which I’ve never done in all my 46 years. Thing is, I’m not dying to grow a moustache, but am to have a six-pack !!!!!

I still don’t have the six pack. I definitely feel it pretty solid, and I even feel the separate “squares” underneath the fat that’s still there. I just have to keep working to get it showing. Lots of cardio.

So I got lazy for about a week or two, but I’m back on it tonight. I’m working out to be in really good shape overall; not just a six pack. But I think it’s generally going well. The pushups are killing me today, but that’s okay. Anyways, I feel the whole six pack, and my abs are getting pretty hard, but it’s always hard to get rid of that stubborn fat layer. Eh… I know I can do it :D

I exercise on and off. I’m not bad, but not nearly as good as I would like to be. I had a decent six pack like 2-3 years ago. I want to get back to it. I’m working out more often now, and I’ll have to make sure I do some cardio daily.

Selling the exercise tapes cause can’t get myself to dance in front of the TV :)
I think dancing is an activity for two and requires that you face each other.
So decided I’d go back to my roots weight lifting.
Got a gym set for home cause lets face it without someone to go with me I’m not going to make it to the gym regularly but of course if its at home I’ve no excuse not use it (well we’ll see).
So far I’m still holding steady in the 180 range. Course that ain’t no 6 pack
