I wanted to start this in the new year, and it is going well, but there are some dishes I just can’t seem to get enough of! :) I will have to resist, though. It is better to eat little but often (with healthy snacks, of course) than loads only a few times.
How to eat smaller meals

How I did it: I made sure I get the small plate at all times and listen to my stomach, no more bloated over-stuffed feelings for me, also to be strict with self, helped if i timed and planned my meals and refused extra helpings of food from members of family
Lessons & tips: use a smaller plate or bowl than you'd usually use
Resources: smaller sized meals than large or medium
