They are both part-time and I don’t have health insurance yet. I have to develop the Apple job some so that it plays to my strengths more, but I’m hopeful.

Worth doing!
- Build my fluency model…Charlie’s infrared cars
- Make contact with the Patterson’s about 1) the grant and 2) e-week
- Fill out timesheet and PTO forms. Make sure reciepts are taken care of
- Finish the Music, MIDI, and Madness cycle plan for the clubs and for ALA. Concentrate on materials and equipment
- Finish cleaning the room at Northside. Get a dumpster if necessary
- Write a December report for DesignIT Studio with images of ALA’s end of the cycle event
- Write the interim grant report
- Collect four anecdotal stories
- Collect attendance numbers for the clubs
- Write the grant proposal with Judy and Chip
- contact Kieth
- arrange an advisory board meeting or two with parents
- create a visual aid that shows the structure of the program
- create a Matrix that links the cycles to SCANS and other guidelines
- collect the recruitment packet

A list of key tasks in the next five weeks
- Call the Funimation people again
- Write the work plans for the next four cycles
- Decorate the phonebooth at Northside
- Write six or seven blog entries
- Write the Museum School Proposal
- Write proposals for IKEA and Apple
- Create a plan of action for writing the NSF proposal
- Plan the summer workshops and invite special guests
- Invite guests for the next two cycles
- Take photos at every session with teens
- Gather materials and send out the “Welcome to DesignIT” packet
- Start building fluency models
- E-mail Charla about e-week
- Get a calendar written and post it on the wall downstairs with dates flagged for
- weekly meetings,
- parent nights, and
- showcase days,
