Hi, I currently 11 stone but really wanna get bk down to 9 stone within the next few months. I no that is gonna be hard but I am committed and willing to do anything it takes. If anybody wants to be my diet buddy let me know as i need help lol. Has ne body got any tips for losing weight quickly and how is it going for everybody????

from today im starting lossing weight i decided not to go stright to fasting as last time i just gave in straight away so im starting slowly and hopefully i will get there today i had a small cup of soup and a sandwhich as i was at work and felt faint

I’am trying my own version of the master cleanse. Damn, it’s difficult – it’s almost like I forget I’m seriously NOT eating and before i know it I’ve had coffee AND an apple.

As of yesterday I lost 5lbs! and I’m doing good today but since we’re going out tonight we’ll see how much weight this beer puts on. :/ I’m sure I’ve lost at least 2 more lbs today. I’m trying not to get my hopes up though.
