Well I’ve started off on a healthy eating blitz and am hitting the weights!

How I did it: You'd be surprised how little effort it takes to begin with, cutting back on the odd snack here and there, drinking fewer fizzy drinks and going for the occasional walk. But unless you're cafeful, you'll find your interest waning. I started myself on a regular exercise program that really made me think about what I was eating... But it was never going to stay that simple - My routine, for example, was disrupted by travel. When everything settled back down, I stuck to a vegetarian diet and drank nothing back water, jogging every other day for a period of six weeks.
Lessons & tips: Don't just exercise or just diet; it'll take a bit of both.

I’ve almost completed my first “thing” Fantastic! Here are some tips for you all.
Basically, I’ve sort of weened myself off meal times. Now I’m eating about five smaller portions (snacks, really) a day, lots more fruit than anything else. Don’t rule out anything that isn’t totally obvious – you’re gunna want to watch the cakes and biscuits, but everything else is pretty much fine… Neither should you meticulously note down your every last calorie. Becoming a diet bore is worse than being a big fat fatty. Good luck!
I’m only 5ft and i’m nearly at the point where i weigh a little too much. I’d really like to lose two stone and tone up so that i’m a nice size for my height and i’m happier :)
Possibly this isn’t a good start but it was a great night! 2 stone seemed to go on so easily, so tonight, i signed up with Greg at the gym and between us ‘We gonna make it happen’.
