drink 1 litre of water a day

start doing this again. Right now I’m hardly drinking any water.
I know you’re supposed to drink at least 1,5l, but 1l litre is enough for now.

... of drinking water now. I even drink more than one litre per day. Honestly, it is not that hard, but it’s also not that great. All this things you read about how much energy what gives you didn’t happen to me. Maybe it is a long-term effect :). Still, I know it’s good for my health so I will keep it up.

I am suprised in fact. At least at work I now drink a bottle of water every day, sometimes even more. At the same time I have cut down on soda (far from entirely, but still), which should go hand in hand I guess.

ok, done. But all at once. Don’t think that is the point, but just can’t remember to drink something every two hours. at least not if its plain water. Are you supposed to actually like water after a while. When does it start?

Oh my gosh, i was so glad to get home and have my water today cuz i had this massive blood nose earlier in the day and had swallowed so much blood i was sick. yuk, it tasted horrible and i nearly threw up, i guess i cant ever be a vampire. XD

i finished the bottle alright, but i feel bloated with nothing. the only times i’ve ever felt bloated was because of a massive meal or pudding. i’m also going to run up the stairs for ten minutes ever day and see what comes out of that.

i’ts harder than i thought. i found a 1.25L coke bottle and filled it with water, but i am only half way through!

Well, i only just started and it seems like fun.
