own a new car

it would give me a sense of freedom =D

My kids and I love where we live it would be nice to get out for the weekends and holidays..

I want a car to bring the groceries and my son home instead of the bus, take and pick up my son at kindy on rainy days, take my kids and myself out for the bloody weekends, have an excuse to take mate home and we can talk sheesh.

I just want a freakn car for cryn out loud!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one day, i would like to hve enough money that i could walk up to a dealer and say, i want that one. now!

i want to be able to actually do to a new car dealership, choose the car i want, and not have any trouble in buying it or owning it.

wouldnt it be nice?

Nothing too fancy but a cute first “real” car!

I also want 4 wheel drive. I am tired of not being able to get traction to get my car rolling up a hill when it is snowy/icy.

My current car has decent mileage but I have been driving it since 2002, it was my first car in high school. It’s been making a horrible coughing noise, starting it up in the morning. And it feels like it’s just breaking down slowly. I like it, and it’s in somewhat good condition, has some dings, and wear, but it’s still drivable. Well once I get a more secure job it’ll be straight to the lease dealership.

After driving junkers for many years, buying a slightly used 1997 Mazda 626 in 2001, I finally bought a brand new, next years model Ford Escape! My beloved Mazda has over 200,000 miles on it and with a new baby in the family, it was time to get a vehicle I wouldn’t have to worry about breaking down. My sister let me use her Jetta as a trade-in for $6000 and I was able to finance on my less than stellar credit. And then three days later, I received a check for $11,000 from the VA dept so I was able to break even with my sister. A good move, yeah!! Although, my new vehicle is now worth less than I still owe on it, I like my red ride.

All the cars I have owned in my life have always been at least 10 years old. I want built in cupholders. I want a decent music system. I want airbags.
