figure out my living situation

The condo unit is purchased. But as it is not ready until next fall, I’m looking for a place to stay until then.

I’ve found a possible rental unit that interests me and will be talking further with the owner shortly to see if it is a possibility.

I put down a deposit on a top-floor condo today… I have a week or so to decide if I should go through with this.

I’m not completely sure I want to do this yet, but I also don’t want to end up with a non-top or little sun unit.

So there is a lot to decide in a short time.
