no bitter aftertaste

I’ve been a long time fan of fortune elkin’s blog bread coffee chocolate yoga (4 of my favourite things after all!). Unlike Fortune however, I don’t live in NYC and reap the benefits of every coffee related opportunity and gadget one could imagine.
I think I have a unique situation though, of living up at a construction camp where resourcefulness and ingenuity come into play. So with my situation, it’s a challenge really to create what I consider, a perfect cup of coffee and coffee drinking experience.
