"ive always wanted to do soccer but my family isnt really a soccer family we have more done netball and swimming and if my dad has a son he would play football "

How I did it: i just started at my new school for year 11 and 12 and i meet another new girl she just moved to the area and she was a soccer player and she was trying out for the local team and said i should join
so i went for rego night and all that went to training for the first time meet some of the ppl on the team
i wasnt very good to start with cos i had never had training before i had only played with mates or at school
it was ok experience but i didnt like my team they were very bitch and looooooved gossiping about me and my life
i was glad when it was over

    looking bleak 18 months ago

    I’ve been offered a full time position at my job, I haven’t gotten a definite answer as to whether I’d be workin the morning or afternoon shift, but she did say most likely the afternoon M-F. That means I would not be able to play soccer because of the time conflict. Maybe there’s another soccer club out here. I’ll do some research. It’s kind of a wait and see situation. I’m hoping for the morning shift, so I can leave work and go play.

    Soccer is one of the few things I really miss that I dont do anymore. I played through high school, and intermurals in college, but now its been a while, and I would love to find a team to play on this summer, but not too competitive a league.
