(What is RSS?)Okay so I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I am still without a golf partner on this one. So the hunt begins.
And as an added bonus I work in DC now so I can pick a fancy hotel in DC and do this after work :D.
Golf anyone ?
turns out Jennalicious came down with something and couldn’t make it. She still seems keen on this, so I’m not looking for another golf partner but suicide blonde gave me an idea, this might be more fun with more than two people so I’m open to the idea of doing this with a small group of say 3 or 4.
It’s going down in Feb so if you’re interested I need to hear from you soon and you need to be able to meet in DC.
Met Jennalicious at a meetup of 43T people in North Virgina Planned by her. This was held at Bar Louis and we talked Golf. Arranged to meet Saturday at LaTasca and we’ll take it from there.

Okay so I’ve found the Golf Partner I need and so it occurs to me that I need Golf clubs for this. Emailed a bunch of friends looks like none of them plays golf so I bought some on Craigslist . I picked up the clubs from a gentleman named Jim who was wondering if I planned to take up the sport. I told him I had something more interesting in mind and he was glad it would be put to interesting use :).
More than completing this goal though I’m looking forward to meeting my Golf Partner JennaliciousOfCourse . She danced into my view through this goal and she seems to be very interesting from her postings :)
If it was a matter of simply taking a golf club to the nearest Hilton or Westin, this wouldn’t be much of a challenge for me.
The goal is to share this experience with someone. So I figure I have to ease them in on this.
I’ll take a bunch of people mini golfing (I know just the place too). It’s called Woody’s Peril of the Jungle its a great place been there before.
Once I get them hooked I’ll spring the idea on em and see if anyone bites :) .
I think this might just happen…
I was taking a golf club up to a friends hotel room when it came to me. How about a game of golf that starts from one of those rooms, down the elevator (or if a player chooses down the stairs) through the lobby and out the main door to say a golf course (that’s not the important part).
