The activity centre near me was fully booked for June, couldn’t make July’s ‘taster session’ either because I’m doing something else that day but I am booked in for August so will let you know how I get on…

Worth doing!
I haven’t gone recently, but I figure… this is something I’ve done before, so I don’t need to put it on my list, even if I do want to do it again… and I definitely do!

I’m 17 now. It’s fun, you get to meet new people, and you get to stay fit/healthy! It might seem scary at first and you most probably will find it hard and get frustrated…but like every other sport, it takes practice :]
Worth doing!
Love doing this in a gym, at deisgnated rock climbing areas and free climbing where there are cliffs that aren´t too dangerous. Good thing I´m not afraid of heights eh?
This goal is also just taking up space as long as it is winter-time. On to more achievable things. I DO still want to do this though. Some day.
Worth doing!
Took up sport climbing during the hols, the instructors were friendly and great. Been doing only indoor climbing so far- it’s a cool sport that trains up your mind and every part of your body. Great activity to do with like-minded friends
Worth doing!
Good whole body training… You’ll feel pain like hell after the 1st time.
I’ve done a (very) little bit of indoor climbing, but I’m wondering – how much climbing should I do before I try it for “real”? And how do I do this – through the indoor place? Other climbers?
Thanks!
Rockclimbing has always been my passion, train 2-3 times a week and try to climb outside once every few months..
BUT IT’S ALWAYS NOT ENOUGH! :-)
Love to hear from others…
Never have been able to get into rock climbing (not enough free time floating around.) But it sure sounds/looks like a blast!
