I’m starting to think this should me coupled with my “me” moments…I know I need them. I might just start…only trouble is sneaking out without them seeing & trying to come along.
How I did it: Big poster to remind myself to take a walk.
Some days I forgot, other days I did not want to, so I gave myself "stars" for every day I DID walk.In the beginning maybe once or twice a week. Gradually increasing.
The clothes and boots are always prepared and ready on display
When rain - forced myrself to walk (soon I started to ENJOY the rain)
Lessons & tips: In the beginning it is perharps difficult to find motivation to take a walk. I like to give myself childish rewards, like golden stars on the refrigerator, and a nice cup of tea AFTER the walk.
It is very boring to walk on flat ground, avoid roads, walk in the nature, preferably outside the path in order to lift the legs.
Resources: Very good shoes and boots.Always use two pair of socks (whool) to avoid/reduce blisters. Drink plenty of water before the walk

did a quick walk yesterday morning. Just me. It felt really good going out so early in the morning nobody was out & the fresh air was just clean feeling.
Today I took the dog with me we walked for 20 mins. I can feel it in my legs & ugh it’s a good hurt! I love it ♥

Haven’t been able to walk…but I’ve been gettin in my cardio at home. Did 32 mins of kickboxing & damn it feels good!

we didn’t go too far since she hasn’t been walking on her leash very much. We went around our block & back lol it was a good brisk walk I felt good afterward. It’s been raining all weekend…so I haven’t been able to get out but first bit of dry day and Ill be out there again.

since I’ve been out walking…I think I’m going to pick up this habit again. It’s October after all the weather is gorgeous and soon the leaves will change. That to me, sounds like the perfect ingredients for a lovely walk :) Besides…it gives me the chance to work on my other goal…of taking 43 pictures of what I love about FALL!

we took a nice long walk & headed to the park. It was a great walk, I felt it in my thighs which is a nice area to work on. I’m not sure what the difference is in the way I walk, but I can definitely feel it with the different types of shoes I wear. I gotta remember brown flip flops from now on lol
We all got home, showered ate a couple cookies & milk & passed out. Nice way to end our night!!

and 1 30 minute walk was in it for us. I also found a $20 dollar bill by the sidewalk :) It was definitely a good day for a walk! haha I needed the extra gas money!! These as prices are killing me man.

Made it out for our walk tonight :) We’ve agreed that 730 is our “walk time” and we will do it as much as we can. Ill try as many days a week I can squeeze in, but no guilt on the days I dont. As long as I can get in 3 days Im happy :P
