Relativity 3 years ago

I don’t know how it happened, I guess I’m generally inquisitive – I picked up an Einstein biography and read it front to back in 3 days, each day after work. The text was horrible – prose was uninspiring and the layout of the book was in some strange back and forth chronological order thing that didn’t work – but somehow I managed to get through the whole thing and still be amazed by Einstein’s character and ideas. I’ve tried to find a good biography but haven’t yet succeeded, if anyone knows of one shoot me an email. Regardless, I highly recommend finding any biography on this man and reading it thoroughly. He pushed a whole era of engineering, thought and general science that still affects us today. Even if any of his theories are eventually proven wrong, his affect and inspiration on humankind to think and use our imagination was certainly positive.

Few people in history have been able to achieve an accelleration in human advancement like he did. Einstein will forever be among the ranks of Archemedes, Aristotle, Pythagoras, Coppernicus, Bruno, Galileo, and Isaac Newton.
