Since my motivations been lost…I figured I’d start a whole new list of motivators & a whole new list of rewards…maybe this will give me the kick in the butt I need. I KNOW my ultimate goal…I know my ultimate reward…I just have to find a way to make that worth it again.

I make a list. I have lost 6lbs already & plan to do mini rewards along my way. NONE of which will be food! TODAY, yes today…I shall create my list of rewards.

from my next goal, but my phone was nearly dead for good so I have to buy this prize early. BUUUUT technically I didn’t buy it cuz it was the free phone for starting new service which means I still get a prize no? LOL I dunno but Im three pounds away from dropping 15lbs :) thats exciting yes!

So I hadn’t done this before…(that I can remember) and seeing others do it has inspired me to do the same. Lil rewards along the way help keep me on track.
SO I guess normally the first 10 woulda been a good mini goal but I’ve done that…so I’ll make my first mini goal to get a prize 15lbs.
15lbs… reward my new phone (finally)
25lbs… reward new shoes
35lbs… reward new cut & dye at a salon
45lbs… reward new hand bag no limit
55lbs… reward mini shopping spree $100 limit
66lbs …goal weight and MAJOR reward. and most definitely shopping spree!
Are those too extravagant for mini goals? LOL I dunno I’ve never really set up a goal list like this before.

I have lost 11.8 pounds :) I am going to make myself a list of goals…mini ones with mini rewards along the way. I think this will keep me motivated. I’ve already set a goal with my coworker…if I can drop 15 pounds by the 20th of next month she and I are gonna go out & do a mini shopping trip at ULta…but secretly I wanna drop 17 pounds by then. thats a first break through for me. But Id be happy with anything. I am 2.8 pounds closer to that first mini goal!

yay me! I’m not doing any rewarding though…nothing major anyways. I did allow myself to have a small sugar free soy mocha today. And after weeks of no coffees outside of home I gotta admit it tasted like shit. :( That will teach me…lol stick to what you got…no need to fix what ain’t broke. Coffee at home with a tiny bit of that sticky buns creamer is pretty damn good, plus I’ll save myself $5 by saying no thank you!

about this goal. Im not sure I want to wait til the end to reward myself. I think small rewards for each week or two that I stay on track, are most likely to keep me motivated :) I’m a girl come on, who doesn’t like getting little gifts for themselves?? I may edit this goal…so it suits me and my situation better.
