I am also going to start taking some martial arts with my son to help me complete this goal. anyone have any opinons on style i am a big guy and kinda clumsy on my feet i think i have more of a boxers build, but i also want some contact. anyone know of some local schools or opinions of the style i should take.

ok I havent made any more entrys but I will start writing consistantly ran 3 miles my first week and went to the gym and worked chest and tri’s and i am so sore I can’t steer my jeep next time i will start slower.
SORE!!! i ran one mile this morning but i am very sore my quads are killing me, all in the name of progress

ok just started this moring with a 1 mile jog at 6:30am, the entire time i thought to myself ahh what the hell am i thinking i wanna go back to bed, fortunatly my three pound Chihuahua pulled me the final .9 miles wheew
