And boy did I feel it. I was tired ALL day, and even after I ate lunch I still had this crappy hungry feeling. It sucked. Never again!

How I did it: I bough instant oatmeal packets and stored them at home and at work (any grocery store & they're cheap $2/10 pack). I can easily make this and eat it. There are tons of flavors. I also bought granola bars & Ensure drinks that I can take if I'm running late (at Costco). Trader Joe's sells nuts in individual 10-packs for $5, only $0.50/bag. I’ve topped, whooooa, 102 recently, but this morning back down to 99.9. Good god. Maybe it would help if I ate meals before dinner? Let’s get serious. Eat breakfast every day. Off to an easy enough start today, taking my Dad out to Bob Evans. I’ll force myself to do this every day for a month before marking it complete, even if it’s just a piece of toast or yogurt and running to work banana in hand.

Raisin Bran (which I need to learn how to eat it withOUT sugar)

That gives me a bit of variety. I also have a LOT of Honey-nut Cheerios and instant oatmeal.

Well, I baked a ton of muffins, Cranberry Walnut and Mixed Fruit, so I’d have something I can grab on the way out the door. No excuses, now!
I want to do this because I know it is better for you if you eat breakfast. It gets your brain working, and gives you your energy for the day. I hate breakfast but I’m going to give this a shot, maybe try a making a smoothie every morning atleast. Here goes…
