How I did it: I bough instant oatmeal packets and stored them at home and at work (any grocery store & they're cheap $2/10 pack). I can easily make this and eat it. There are tons of flavors. I also bought granola bars & Ensure drinks that I can take if I'm running late (at Costco). Trader Joe's sells nuts in individual 10-packs for $5, only $0.50/bag. I want to do this because I know it is better for you if you eat breakfast. It gets your brain working, and gives you your energy for the day. I hate breakfast but I’m going to give this a shot, maybe try a making a smoothie every morning atleast. Here goes…

Ive been eating oatmeal in the morning. I have been using too much sweetened milk in it though. I am going to try it with soy milk and honey or sweetner. This keeps me full for a long time and its quite healthy!!!
Ive tried to do this goal many of times but Ive never stuck to it. I bought some honey nut bran flakes and soy milk today so I am going to try to attempt this goal for 21 days straight to make it into a habit. Studies show it takes 21 days to form a habit out of something so Im gonna try to do this.
I must continue to tell myself this and act accordingly. I hardly even have breakfast on the weekends little own workdays.
I will have to get up before dawn again, just pretend it’s winter again I guess.

I am not a breakfast eater but I think it will be interesting to try for one month to see if I like it. So starting tomorrow I will eat breakfast.
Well, I actually bought milk and cereal and ate it for breakfast today. Usually I don’t do that. I often don’t want cold cereal breakfast, and I avoid buying milk anyways because I usually end up pouring half of a half gallon container down the drain. When I was at Meijer Monday night grocery shopping I saw a quart container of milk, so I bought it.
Eating breakfast is going well.
Today’s breakfast is a smoothie, pineapple, banana, pears and a secret ingredient….. not really recommend for breakfast but it’s all good.
