    i am utterly fed up that despite exercise and diet i am not losing weight. i want to lose a stone in 5 weeks and the only way to do that is to lose 3 pounds a week, so to do tht i need a deficit of 1500 calories a day, so i am going to exercise everyday as i have been doing to burn approx 400 calories and eat approx 700 calories.

    i will do this by eating cereal for breakfast and exercising after breakfast and eating my evening meal.
