idk its raining….hard,
i think i’ll wait until tomorrow to go out.
I’m trying to keep on with this goal, but the weather is not cooperating. I realize we’re in a drought, but can it please not rain for a day or two?
I did make some progress. I’m still at three miles for now, but the last time I went out, I stopped because of a time limit, not because I was too tired. Quite a change from almost calling a cab to get back to my car the first time out.
I bought a pair of rollerblades a few weeks ago. I’ve talked with a few friends who used to rollerblade, and apparently, I got a very good price and picked a very good model.
Now it’s finally warm enough to go outside and use them. I’ve been out on a bike trail nearby, and I’m up to three miles now.
I’m doing ok with the moving and the not falling, but I’m still working on stopping.
I went roller skating about a month ago, and had to stop and rest every 15 minutes. Maybe time to get in shape?
My neighborhood isn’t safe, and bicycles are too hard to transport, so I’m going to buy some rollerblades so I can get some exercise.
Shuttermagic is off work for 2 days. Yahy!
It was different at first than the traditional skates but once I learned the others were not the same again ever. I find its actually easier to balance on the inline rollerblades.
My parents tried to teach me this when I was little, but I never learned. Someday :)

I think rollerblading looks like such fun, but I know it is also difficult. I want to learn because I think it will be a great workout that I would enjoy.

about that- see i don’t have any of that. really- ice is my sworn enemy and i cant tell you how many times I’ve fallen into other people while just walking. i also cant stand on one foot. so this will take me more than a little while.
