    what is there else to say about a guy who is 43 years of age and still kicking ass in the UFC? I hate to quote Joe Rogan but that guy is my hero! I will have to train with him and will keep you posted as soon as that happens. Pretty soon I will be training with team noego in illinois so will see how that goes.
