my favorite:
start with ice in a metal shaker
2 ounces Sapphire gin that’s been sitting in the freezer
1 teaspoon dry vermouth
1/2 teaspoon olive juice
shake the heck out of it (bruising, schmoozing. doesn’t matter to me) until it’s very frosty, pour through a strainer into a pre-chilled glass, garnish with olive, onion, or caperberry… yum!
