How I did it: Well, firstly, my parents got me an iPhone for my birthday, which was great because I had been begging for an mp3 player for a really long time, and my phone was dying on me.I put all my faveourite songs on it and listened to them, but then i started exploring different styles of music, from all different countries and cultures. It's a really great thing to do, and it's great seeing what other countries find popular. I love my iPhone <… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I use Pandora's iphone app and have a dock plugged into a stereo in the kitchen, so I can listen while I cook. Wonderful. Read how I did it…

OasisOfCalm is probably drooling over Jake Gyllenhaal, or thinking about him <3
Listened to “Wolfmother”, “Fountains Of Wayne – Welcome Interstate Managers”, some of “Brian Wilson – Imagination” and now I’m listening to some “Garbage” and even done some singing. I was feeling a bit restless, but just turning the music up and singing I think helps a bit. Ah music…

not right now, ‘cause I’m going to bed, but I’d like to hear more of Megadeath’s music – just writing here to remind me! (I’d not actually heard much of their music, til I listened to I think 2 CDs at my b/f’s house – and I think they sound really good).

Listening to “Wolfmother” CD right now. It’s really great, not listened to it for ages!

I love music. It’s always been quite a big passion of mine. Plus this goal could be checking out new things too (I do like to do that sometimes).
Well, anyway, at the moment I’m listening to “Madness – The Liberty Of Norton Folgate” and before I was listening to “Embrace – Sleepy Sun”, both CDs my dad gave me in plastic sleeves awhile ago. Both are very good! Also they happen to be quite good music to just chill out to and have on when on the PC or whatever… fitting, since I am!

music is a very important part of my life, i love to sing out loud even though i don’t sing well hehe. for christmas i received this beautiful stylish and very pink sansa, right away i downloaded 430 songs in it, now when i’m working i can listen to my favorite music and makes work a little more enjoyable, i absolutely love it. my interest in all kinds of music had increased a lot because of this little fun device, in my sansa you can find from salsa to oldies from the sixties, pop in italian and portuguese, rock, romantics in spanish and english, some instrumentals… it is just a beautiful plethora of music.

Clare is listening to Cursive. :)
I already have about 10GB of music on my iPod, and a pretty extensive musical taste, but the more the better! :D
TangerineRose Is overwhelmed.
I’ve made an effort to broaden my musical interests over the last year, and the results have been most enjoyable. I have been trying to go to live gigs when I get a chance. Over summer I went to some great musical events – All Tomorrows Parties (which reminds me of an instrumental group The Necks, must look them up later) and Glen Hansard at the Opera House.
Friends have invited me to go to Sia this week. I barely know her music, but what I’m listening to leading up to the gig sounds interesting. I’m starting to appreciate music differently since starting my guitar lessons. I know many people have music in the background all the time to zone out to. I tend not to do that. When I have music on, it envelopes me, I’m a captive audience.
I’m certain there are many more musical discoveries around the corner, but I’m happy that I’ve acted enough on this goal to call it done :)
