I’ve been partway for quite some time now.
I want to be able to stand away from the wall.
I’m closer than I’ve been. I start well away from the wall, move up w/ control, & still rely on a toe on the wall…

playing in the shallow end of the pool, walking on my hands, etc a few days ago. Slightly stiff wrists the next day, + my back feeling oddly invigorated and a touch sore. Also made it up against the wall again, showing a friend I could. This one needs work though, I think my arms are strong enough, now it’s my core and balance that need work. 6 months ago

So I’d totally forgotten about this goal until I saw it on here yesterday. Tried to do a handstand last night, AND SUCCEEDED! Granted, it was kicking up against the wall for support, and I only held it briefly, but still! Now I just need to practice it more regularly :) Thinking to practice in the shallow end of the pool to work on re-learning the balance of it all again as well .. 8 months ago
