First I want to be able to get into a handstand just against the wall with out any props (I can already do a headstand quite nicely, and am close to a handstand I think, I’ve got the strength, just not the trust or technique)
Then I want to be able to hold it to a count of at least 10
Next get a friend to help me practice them freestanding – again, count to at least ten
Practice flipping over with a friend spotting
IMPRESS MY BOYFRIEND and START PRACTICING THE ARIAL
