How I did it: My husband rented a board for us to share, and he gave me instructions. Unfortunately, the water wasn't cooperating :) When you lay on the board, make sure to paddle paddle paddle!!! Then, get on your knees and then feet in one motion. Read how I did it…
Sarah Kelly is apple picking in kent...then baking some apple pies ^_^ yumm
How I did it: Went to Hawaii with some friends and rented a board for 7 bucks! Hopped on it and let the waves carry me aay.. the only trick it to just have perfect timing of when to stand up and have good balance. And in order to manuver the board, you must shift your weight around by leaning and pushing off in a certain direction with your knees...lol...i try to talk as though I'm an expert. it really just takes A LOT of practice!! I loved it!! Read how I did it…

Ok, mates we’re going to do this, ok?
I’ve already planned it out. £150!!
I can’t decide which I would prefer. I might try one on holiday in Gran Canaria. I know I will be terrible, but it would be awesome if I could stand up for just a few seconds. Even better if I could get someone to take a photo in those few seconds so I look like a pro! I often go camping in Cornwall in the summer, so if I like it it’s something I could do every summer, although I have no aspirations of ever getting past the “bambi’s-first-steps” stage.

That’s where I live. So. What the bleep is the problem. I just keep putting it offf.
I used to say the money. But that is my excuse for everything. I don’t have the money. That has been a real good excuse for just not living much. I live in a self-imposed prison of poverty.
i hate waves and they scare me! but i think on an upcoming surfing trip i will finally be able to go surfing and i hope i can because it’s something i would really like to do
it was fun. i want to go again but i only have 2 more weeks left on the coast so i may not be able to.
It’s amazing! Went for the first time in years t’other day, and i loved it! went out and bought my own NSP board aswell :)
Just need to get some decent waves and i’m off!
Last Sunday, July 27, I surfed The Point at San Onofre State Beach (just south of San Clemente). The waves were small (2-3’), but the water was a warm 72° and the air was about the same. The tide was high, so it was breaking close to shore … kind o’ walled, too, but got a few long ones! woo hoo!
I don’t need to surf as often as I did when I was younger, but I do still need to get in the ocean when I can, which isn’t nearly often enough!
