socialise more

Its that I get very set in my own hermit-like ways and find myself out of my comfort zone rapidly in a large group of people.
Add to this my somewhat enforced move to my current abode from my previous house living with friends and my social life has been impacted recently.
I do tend to go out more often than I did, but I lack that everyday personal contact with friends that I had before and I find that hard to deal with.

Hmm.. something to work on

I really think i can mark this as done, ever since i placed it as a goal i have said yes to more outtings, seen my friends a lot more and set up some regular get-togthers with my friends from my old workplace. of course this is a goal that never ends because you can always socialise more then you are but i am pretty happy that i am socialising far more then before

ok may have socialised just a little too much this weekend … i think i am doing pretty well with this goal, its hard to tell when i have achieved it though

well i went to drinks last week with friends, and i spent the a girls weekend away in the city as well so not doing too badly.

Ok well i was sick with the flu for a week so that was a washout but i did go to a party on the weekend where i was very social hehe and tonight i went out to dinner with some friends.

This week i went to a wine and cheese event at work which is a lot of fun (whats not to like about wine and cheese!) and i also went bowling and too the movies !

Ok i think i am going pretty well with this. I have coffee planned with a friend from my old work for tuesday, friday afternoon i am planning to have wine and cheese with work collegues then go bowling with my bf afterwards

Now that i am in states trying to find ways to Socialise.
Started Caligraphy course

I’m a mum so I dont get out as much as your regular 23 year old! Also lack of money holds me back and whether my psoriasis is up or down is a factor. At the moment I just have my girly mates round every couple of weeks for wine and takeaways and go clubbing about once a month but I want to try and get out more.

I am a single mother with no family around and sometime i’m finding it quite difficult to go out with my mates due to no babysitters. So i decided to compromise and started inviting my mates around. It helps coz i get to see my mates more often but it’s not the same since i like a change of scenery.
