Introduce myself to the people in my building.

But short of going around door-to-door (which I’m not so inclined to do, since I moved-in a year ago), I’m just going to wait till the summer roof-party months when I’ll go round and invite everyone.

The one with the yellow labrador puppy!! :) My family has always had labs; but, find ourselves currently without any four-legged friends in the family since having had to put our two girls (aged 13 & 15) down over the last 3 years. As such, I have major puppy-fever…but…living in the city, in an apt, w/ a hectic work schedule & frequent travel…it’s just not in the cards for a long while.

So!!! I introduced myself to the neighbor w/ the puppy, “Fillmore”, as we were passing in the lobby this a.m. and volunteered my dogwalking services anytime “the parents” are sick in bed, going to be home late, etc.
